Been having those damned Brufen pills to ease up the pain untill I gave up on them so I went to a specialized Dr. who gave me two Cortisone injections in both wrists yet they haven't fully recovered. They are a bit better than how they used to be in the first few weeks of injury. Hopefully they'll recover soon otherwise I'm going for surgery.
